life of large stamping, forging, die-casting, plastics, rubber, extrusion and cutting

Sputtek can coat parts up to
30 x 30 x 20 in. (750 x 750 x 500 mm) and 1000 lbs (450 kg). Larger limits
possible.
Tools and machine parts have
far higher wear and corrosion resistance, pick-up, galling and fretting are eliminated,
friction and release forces are minimized in tribological pairs.
Our coatings provide
lubrication-free low friction and high wear resistance for clean room automation machinery
in semiconductors manufacturing.
