Universal deposition system for the
application of all commercially available thin film hard coatings on a
large variety of tools and mechanism parts, from very large heavy-duty
stamping, die-casting and plastics tools, to' cutting tools and inserts.
Designed and built for continuous 3 shifts operation, with minimal loading
and maintenance downtime. Incorporates all coating service experience
accumulated by Sputtek over the years, delivering unequaled performance in
the most demanding applications. Will satisfy the largest range of
customers' applications and requirements, while generating solid returns.
Sputtek supports the system with coating technology licensing, deposition
materials, spare parts, maintenance, technical support for deposition and
applications and addition of new coatings as they become available.
